Minicourse Recordings
"New Jersey at 350+: A Survey of Its History"
with Dave  Cowell

You can access audio recordings of the lectures below. The recordings are provided in a compressed audio format, called MP3. They can be played on your computer by simply left-clicking on the appropriate link below.

The files can also be downloaded to your computer by right clicking on the link and then choosing "Save target as" (Internet Explorer) or "Save link as" (Firefox.) Each audio file may be as much as 25 MBytes, so the download time will be about 8-10 minutes unless you have a broadband connection.

Once downloaded the audio files can be played on your computer or can be transferred to a portable MP3 player, like the Ipod. If your computer can "burn" (record) CDs you can tranfer the files to a CD. The CD can then be played on most DVD players or on an MP3-capable CD player. (It will not play on conventional CD players, however.)

If you have problems, you can contact Frank Benedict at fdb@aya.yale.edu. If your browser can't find the recording it may not yet be on the web site. Try again in a few days.
